Rainforest Trust UK

Rainforest Trust have already protected 23 million acres of threatened rainforest and other tropical ecosystems by working in partnership with local NGOs and indigenous communities. Every acre of rainforest stores over 100 metric tonnes of CO2e, which could otherwise enter the atmosphere and drive climate change. Rainforests also produce 20% of the planet’s oxygen, stabilise global weather patterns, provide habitat for endangered species and sustain the livelihoods of thousands of indigenous communities.

Donations will be doubled by a generous supporter of Rainforest Trust, and as the charity’s operating expenses are covered by its board members, 100% of these donations will go directly to conservation action.

The Global Returns Project is run by the Climate Crisis Foundation. The Climate Crisis Foundation is a charity registered in England and Wales, no. 1186683, company no. 11882899.
