ClientEarth uses the power of the law to protect the planet and the people who live on it. Their lawyers and environmental experts work around the globe ensuring existing environmental laws are respected and helping governments to develop effective environmental policies.

ClientEarth have a decade of legal wins against those damaging nature and exacerbating climate change. They work in over 50 countries. Their efforts have postponed or stopped 21 coal plants in the UK and Poland, preventing the release of over 64 million tonnes of CO2 annually. They have trained over 1,500 environmental judges and prosecutors in China. And they are leading the legal fight for clean air – taking the UK government to court and winning three times, and now bringing similar legal challenges across Europe.

A donation made to ClientEarth will help their international team of lawyers in holding governments and institutions to account and will support their efforts to tackle climate change and protect nature.
